Toad Cottage, in the village of Two Dales, is a delightful and very spacious cottage built around 1600, originally as the blacksmith's barn but in more recent times, it has been known as the Blacksmiths Arms.
Toad Cottage offers extremely comfortable accommodation, able to sleep 4 people, with a large kitchen/breakfast room, a spacious lounge/dining room and two large bedrooms. Each bedroom has it's own adjoining luxury bathroom. There is a large sofa bed in the lounge for up to two additional guests. There is off street parking for 2-3 cars.

Oaker View, is a two person cottage with a king sized bedroom, an extremely large and luxurious bathroom, a kitchen/dining room and a comfortable lounge with a sofa for an additional guest. Oaker View has a car port in the rear garden for one car.
The one reoccurring theme in our visitor's books is that our guest's expectations are always exceeded. Both cottages are personally managed by the owners, who do their utmost to ensure you have everything to make your stay enjoyable.
